Privacy Policy

American Mining Supply uses your information only to complete online orders. We do not share any of your information with any third party for marketing or any other reason, We do process with PayPal, however, they do not store your credit card information, in fact we never see it.

If you opt in to join our site, we will sen occasional emails to let you know about any specials or sale items.


What are your delivery options?


We ship via USPS and UPS depending on the size of the package.  We will provide a tracking number to you when it is available.

Do you provide International delivery?


Yes, however...If you are outside the U.S we can ship to you, but we will need your location/address prior to shipping the order so that we can estimate shipping charges. If you successfully check out from our website and pay for an item(s) we reserve the right to hold the order temporarily and contact you prior to shipping internationally

so that we can get the shipping charges correct if our system does not charge accuately. If you are outside the

U.S.A.,  please email prior to your order so that we can get an exact shipping cost.

What is your returns policy?


American Mining Supply, LLC primary goal is customer satisfaction. If you wish to return an item, please review the following guidelines. This is a general policy statement and that we will do our best to accommodate you when unusual circumstances develop. It is our wish to be as fair as possible. Please contact us either by email at or call us at 530-564-6464, prior to returning any product for a return authorization. The following guidelines are as follows:

Return authorization is mandatory before returning product to our warehouse. Returns must be made within (10) days of you receiving an order and by prior approval.

If your order is damaged in the process of being delivered by any carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx or Trucking Co, etc) they are responsible. Examine all goods upon receipt for possible shipping damage and report any such damage to the carrier immediately. Keep all the packaging from the damaged shipment as the carrier may need to examine it in the claims process. Restocking fee is 20%. Items need to be in the unopened factory packaging and be in new unused condition and include all original paperwork/owner's manuals. Package items to protect the original factory packaging so that they arrive here in perfect condition to be put back in inventory as new merchandise.

Refunds for shipping charges will only be if we shipped the wrong merchandise. Software is not returnable if it has been opened Special order items that we do not stock are not returnable. All items with a manufacturer's warranty are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty. Such items are generally repaired and replaced at the manufacturer's option and may not be returnable. We are always happy to provide you with a copy of the manufacturer's warranty prior to purchase of such an item. Manufacturer's warranties almost never cover shipping charges. In the event that an item requires warranty service, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from the warranty service center.

Electronic equipment and parts are subject to internal damage that may not be apparent. Such damage can be the result of improper installation or subjecting the equipment to adverse environmental conditions like heat and static electricity. For this reason, all electrical parts/components are non-refundable.
